About INK Future Makers

INK Future Makers is an exclusive program curated for your mid-to-senior leadership. The program will be a journey for leaders where they understand and align with purpose, learn to express that purpose, inspire others and collaborate with communities in unexpected, innovative ways.

Enable the participants to become inspirational INK-style speakers so they are able to inspire audiences and trigger action


Get inducted into an exciting tribe of innovators, leaders, entrepreneurs and collaborate with this peer community

Program Structure

Stage 1

The participants will engage in one on one sessions with a coach to explore their own personal purpose, expectations from them as organization anchors and will help them explore and discover their true authentic self as leaders through their everyday stories and challenges.

Stage 2

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS – Alibag (near Mumbai)
All the participants will meet for an action packed 3 day in-person experience. The master facilitators will guide them all through a storytelling workshop that is relevant to their leadership contexts. The experience will also include magical collaborative sessions between the participants (facilitated) and a special opportunity for the participants to deliver a masterful, inspiring INK style talk.

Stage 3

The participants will return to their work lives armed with rich learnings and will engage one again with the coaches to take stock of their learnings and explore how to apply these in their upcoming leadership journey.

A glimpse into our IFM Community

The IFM Program Alumni have combined experience of over 500 years from Global Institutions.


For September 2023 Cohort
In-person workshops 16th to 19th September 2023

The program is designed in a hybrid format.
The participant will begin their journey with 1:1 coaching to identify their core story. The 3-day Storytelling Sessions will be held in person as intensive workshops covering frameworks, and applications, and will end with each participant delivering a Curated Talk to the INK jury.

Please register for the program ONLY if you are able to travel to Alibag (near Mumbai) from September 16th to 19th 2023 for the in-person sessions.

Course Fee INR 2 Lakh + GST*

*program cost only. The participant will have to bear travel, logistics, and stay for the in person 3-day session. Please note the maximum number of participants in this cohort is 25.
